IT Technical Support

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide IT in-house (internal) and onsite support for clients.
  2. Setup, configure, support, diagnose, troubleshoot and maintain various IT hardware (desktop, laptop, server), software (windows, office, exchange, AD, backup, etc), network (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, etc), printers, storage, applications, web & email hosting and Internet Security
  3. Provide helpdesk, phone and remote assistance to clients.
  4. Cases reporting, resolution, tracking and documentation.
  5. Provide consultation to clients regarding their IT environment.
  6. Attend to training and courses of IT products and certifications.

Requirement:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English & excellent communication skills.
  3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Preferably Junior & Senior Executives specializing in IT Consultation, Support & Outsourcing or equivalent.
  5. Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
  6. 2 Full-Time position(s) available
  7. Preferably able to start work immediately.
  8. Can work independently & flexible working hours.
