Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, prepared and issue quotation, follow up on purchases order from the customer.
- Prepare schedule for technician according customer request and technician job shipment.
- Concerns about customer feedback and customer satisfaction by providing solutions faced by customer.
- Provide opinion and making recommendations for improve job management.
- Be prepared to work long hour whenever is necessarily.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies or related field.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team.
- Require language: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Able to speak Chinese will be value added).
- Candidates must be able to meet deadline and work under pressure environment at times.
- Candidates with 1-2 year or more working experience in related field will be prioritised.
