Quicker access to Sage 300 Cloud information from integrated Sage CRM
With the enhanced integrated Sage CRM, transactions created in Order Entry of Sage 300 and linked to a Sage CRM opportunity will now have a corresponding communication record automatically created in Sage CRM. This newly created record allows users to access Order Entry Inquiry web screen within Sage CRM.
Special characters
With the addition of special characters to web screens, doing business in multiple countries is much simpler than before. Sage 300cloud web screens now support Unicode characters for Chinese, French and Spanish languages.
